2019 Annual General Meeting

The Noosa Malibu Club will be holding its 2019 Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 6th February, 7.30pm at The Reef Noosa/ Function Room. All members are invited to attend.
As per the Club’s Constitution, at each Annual General Meeting of the association, the members of the Management Committee must retire from office, but are eligible, on nomination, for re-election.
Any two members of the association may nominate another member (the candidate) to serve as a member of the management committee;

If at the start of the meeting, there are not enough candidates nominated, nominations may be taken from the floor of the meeting.

It is proposed that an additional position be appointed to the Non- Executive Management Committee – a Junior Coordinator, responsible for ensuring Junior/Pee Wee interests are represented at a Committee level.
